Once your event needs are discussed, the next step is the payment process.

To secure your date for balloons and the Photo Booth, a 50% down non-refundable retainer along with an e-signed contract is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. For inflatables, payment is due on the day of the event. Explore our FAQs tab for information on accepted forms of payment.

With the payment secured and contract E-signed, the planning phase begins.

Collaborate with The Event Kode to develop a comprehensive plan of action for your event.

This step involves detailed discussions to ensure that all aspects of the event are considered and accounted for.

On the day of your event, The Event Kode takes charge of the installation and/or rental.

We will handle the setup and execution of the previously planned actions to ensure a smooth and successful event.

Rest assured that the details of the timing and setup will be thoroughly discussed and finalized prior to the event day.
